お米 / RICE

家族みんなで青森銘柄「まっしぐら」を作っています。粒の立つおいしいご飯を召し上がっていただくために、注文をお受けした後に精米をして10日以内に発送し、搗き立てのフレッシュな状態でお手元にお届けしています。特典つきの年間契約がお薦めですが、在庫がある限りは都度のご購入も可能です。

Our family produces the Aomori brand rice, Masshigura. We polish rice after taking your order so you will enjoy the taste of fresh fluffy rice. A privileged yearly contract is recommended. One time purchase is also available while stocks last.

加工品  / HOMEMADE PRODUCTS

秋には山で採れた木の実（山ブドウ等）で無添加ジャム「爽」を作っています。その名の通り、清々しい風味が口の中いっぱいに広がります。乳製品、特にヨーグルトやチーズとの相性がこれほど良いジャムはありません。季節・数量限定のとても希少なジャムです。また、我が家の農場でとれた野菜や山でとった山菜などの加工品（こんにゃく、きのこやタケノコの水煮など）も作っています。不定期で店頭販売していますが、発送も可能です。ご希望の方はEmailでお問い合わせください。

In autumn we pick up wild berries in mountains nearby and make jam with them. As the name, SOW or 爽, implies, the taste is remarkably refreshing and no other jams go better with yogurt and cheese than this. Please note that it's autumn only and we produce just limited quantity. We also sell various homemade products basically in store. Please consult us by email if you'd like to purchase them.
